Solid’s Strong Start ’26
Start 2026 with commitment, structure, and support. Solid’s Strong Start ’26 is a 2-month (8-week) offer designed to help you break old habits and build new ones. Physically and mentally, together with a small, motivated group.
This New Year offer includes 2 months of our Unlimited membership for €125 instead of €250.
During this period, you will follow 4 group training sessions on fixed dates consisting of all that Solid has to offer: fitness, padel, tennis and yoga. Outside of these sessions, we actively motivate you to come train, explore the club, and experience what being part of Solid really feels like. You stay with the same group throughout the entire program, set personal goals based on a survey you receive before the start, and receive ongoing guidance from our trainers.
Over the 8 weeks, our trainers will show you what training at Solid Health Club truly means: strength, cardio, balance, fun, and persistence.
Each group follows the same structure, starting with fitness, followed by padel, tennis, and finishing with yoga.
By joining Solid Strong Start ’26, you will gain clear guidance on your personal goals, increased physical and mental strength, practical tools to manage stress and find balance, visible results in both body and mind, and motivation, structure, and accountability as part of a group. Break the cycle of old habits and start fresh, you are not alone in this process.
The four group classes consist of:
one fitness session focused on strength and performance,
one padel session focused on fun, technique and endurance,
one tennis session focused on fun, technique and endurance,
one yoga session focused on balance and mindfulness.

Group 1:
1st training fitness: January 5 | 08:00-09:30
2nd training padel: January 19 | 18:30 – 19:30

1st training fitness: January 13 | 08:00-09:30

Group 3:

Conditions:
The program is for participants who are motivated and willing to commit. One cancellation due to illness is allowed. With more than one cancellation, the offer expires and the regular price applies (€125 per month – unlimited). Each group has a maximum of 8 participants. Racket for padel and tennis are included.
